Scope of research

  • Cosmology: large-scale structure of the Universe,  Вселенной, anisotropy, cosmic microwave background
  • Physics of galaxies: dynamic of interaction and structuring in galaxies and intergalactic space. Gravitational interaction between galaxies. Photometry and polarimetry  of the peculiar galaxies, active nuclei of the galaxies, and quasars, and blazars.
  • Stellar physics: development of the theory and methods of calculation of radiation and substance transport in stellar interior and atmosphere; analysis of  light curves and polarization of young stars, stars with planet-forming disk and galactic X-ray sources
  • Physics of interstellar medium: interstellar extinction and polarization in models of nonspherical multilayer particles, mechanisms of forming of structures in interstellar space and star formation mechanisms
  • Heliophysics: theoretical  solar spectropolarimetry, structures of the atmosphere in millimeter wave band
  • Dynamics of stellar systems: dynamic evolution of the stellar systems, structural, kinematic, and dynamic modelling of the Galaxy 
  • Celestial mechanics: deterministic and  stochastic celestial mechanics, dynamics of the orbits of natural and artificial celestial bodies, extrasolar planets
  • Astrometry: rotary parameters of the Earth in the VLBI observations, GPS-astrometry, astrometry
