Re — form
"Re-Form" exhibition as part of the annual international scientific conference "Fashion and Design: Historical Experience − New Technologies". The project "Jewellery Vector" continues at the Museum’s exhibition halls, showcasing contemporary designer jewellery, and the first event in 2022 as part of this project − the exhibition "Re-Form" (upcycling and recycling in jewellery) − will take place at the end of May. It is timed to coincide with the 25th International Conference on Fashion and Design, organised by St Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design and the Russian Museum of Ethnography.
The topic of the exhibition is closely connected to environmental issues.
The exhibition "Re-Form" will feature works by more than 20 artists from St Petersburg and Moscow using upcycling and recycling to show museum visitors how, by affecting ecology, new beautiful jewellery can be produced.
