St Petersburg University online programme tells you about the features of managing a team working remotely
St Petersburg University has launched the online programme "Teams Working Remotely: Culture and Management" on the Open Education Platform. The author of the programme is Mariia Evnevich, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor in the Department of Enterprise Economics and Entrepreneurship at St Petersburg University. She is a co-owner and member of the board of directors of the Maxidom store chain and author of many St Petersburg University online courses on business and economics.
The programme is for executives and managers of companies in which most of the employees work remotely.
Students will learn:
- what the main disadvantages and risks of working with a distributed team are
- what tools will help ensure stability and make the workflow productive, comfortable and interesting for everyone; and
- how to motivate employees, increase their level of involvement and loyalty
