The clinical residency programme "Cardiothoracic Surgery" is designed to train specialists in the field of medicine who know modern innovative technologies. They will be able to use them in practice in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases of the lung, trachea and mediastinal organs.

Our advantages

These include computer simulations, business and role-playing games, case studies and other trainings, together with extracurricular work. Clinical residency students under the supervision of lecturers are engaged in clinical care together with thoracic surgeons and heads of relevant divisions
  • The training courses include meetings with representatives of Russian and foreign companies, state and public institutions, and master classes of experts and specialists
  • Graduates of the programme are ready for preventive, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, psychological, educational, organisational and managerial activities
