The General Director of the small innovative enterprise ‘SPbU Dynamics’ takes part in Vladimir Putin’s meeting with entrepreneurs

Opening the event, the head of state emphasised the importance of dialogue between business and public authorities.

Dmitry Grokholsky, General Director of the University’s small innovative enterprise in the field of robotics ‘SPbU Dynamics’, was able to ask a question. The University student thanked the President for the support that the state provides to the business community in the pandemic. He also proposed recognising coronavirus infection as a force majeure at the federal level, not only in the performance of government contracts, but also in regular business relations between legal entities.

‘And in order to prevent malpractice of this circumstance, it is proposed to create a regional commission of representatives of the ‘Big Four’ business associations, which would make a decision in each particular case,’ he added.

Answering the question, the President noted that the proposition could be implemented, but called for being very careful in this matter.

Everything can be done, but you need to be very careful so that no one with whom you work, or those who work with you, on the other hand, takes advantage of force majeure. So that you will not be a loser due to the introduction of this measure.

‘And in this regard, of course, the business community can and should be involved in solving such issues – yes, it probably needs to be done,’ added Vladimir Putin.
