The lists of applicants recommended for being enrolled in 2021 have been published. They are based on the results of an open competition among foreign nationals, stateless persons and compatriots living abroad who have applied to study at St Petersburg University on government-funded places within the admissions quota determined by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18 December 2020 № 2150.
The applicants who have successfully passed the competitive selection and are recommended for admission must, by 12 June 2021, send an email with information confirming their interest in studying at St Petersburg University or an email with refusal to study at the University to admission@spbu.ru Forms of consent and refusal are published on the St Petersburg University portal.

Applicants are enrolled in St Petersburg University on the basis of a ‘referral for studying’ document issued by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation within the period established by them. Admission to St Petersburg University of foreign citizens applying for bachelor's, specialist's, master's and doctoral programmes on a fee-paying basis will continue until 25 June 2021.
