Modern Law of the People’s Republic of China
SPbU is hosting the II International Academic Conference on the Modern Law of the People’s Republic of China for the second consecutive year.
The conference brings together experts and young researchers to discuss the latest trends in Chinese law. The event aims to identify the challenges faced by Russian entrepreneurs when entering the Chinese market and to attract young scholars to the field of Chinese comparative law.
The first day will be devoted to presentations by leading Chinese law scholars and practitioners. The second day of the conference will feature a roundtable discussion "Young researchers’ perspectives on Chinese law".
To present a paper, apply by 5 April. To participate as an attendee, apply by 15 April.
