This programme is designed to train leaders in the field of strategic human resource management within the Russian national business context. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the role of human capital in achieving an organisation’s strategic objectives, as well as the skills required for effective HR management in a dynamic business environment.
The programme focuses on contemporary approaches to talent acquisition, development and retention, methods for analysing and managing corporate culture, as well as strategic planning tools and employee performance evaluation techniques—all explored through real-world case studies and current business practice examples.
The programme is designed for HR practitioners seeking professional and career advancement, as well as bachelor’s degree graduates with internship or practical training experience in human resource management.
Programme graduates will:

Nikiforova—PhD in Sociology, Associate Professor at the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department, Academic Director of the ‘Strategic Human Resource Management’ master’s programme. She has authored over 70 research publications and textbooks. With 20+ years of professional experience spanning HR management, consulting, and labour market research, she designs training programmes and courses on leadership, employee engagement, performance and motivation management. Professor Nikiforova is also a qualified coach, organiser and speaker at the industry forums and conferences

Latukha—Doctor of Economics, Professor at the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department, member of the following international associations: AIB (Academy of International Business), AHRD (Academy of Human Resource Development), EIBA (European International Business Academy), AOM (Academy of Management), SMS (Strategic Management Society), WACRA (The World Association of Case Method Research and Application). She successfully implemented over 10 consultancy and educational projects for Russian and international corporations
- D. Dmitrieva—PhD in Economics, Associate Professor at the Department of Strategic and International Management. Professor Dmitrieva has published over 50 research papers on strategic management. She serves as a peer reviewer for major international academic publishers Elsevier and MDPI, and leads research projects in industrial marketing
- V. Tsybova—PhD in Economics, Associate Professor at the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department, Academic Director of the ‘Management’ undergraduate programme
The programme dedicates over 50% of its curriculum to practical work with real-world tasks and projects provided by partner companies. The programme has a mandatory internship at Russian or international companies, including industrial placement of at least six months in the cities where partner organisations facilities are located.
