The academic programme ‘Contemporary Political Strategies’ is designed to train experts in political management, strategic management and political analysis. Strategic thinking and behaviour are explained in terms of history, contemporary politics, intelligence, morality, culture, geography and innovative technologies.

- The programme is based on the analysis of historical and contemporary case studies. Its important advantage is that it acquaints students with the latest approaches to: the interpretation of general theoretical and practical problems of strategy; and strategic regulation of present-day global, regional and local conflicts. It presents a general theory of strategy and explains the usefulness of strategic analysis for developing specific innovation strategies: military, peace, economic, governance, and environmental ones to name just a few
- The programme takes into account the most significant interpretations of strategy in political science and other social sciences as one of the most important universal concepts of present-day socio-political discourse
