HR Clinic

The HR Clinic is a platform for interaction between students, business and science in the field of HR in order to strengthen human capital and realise social and entrepreneurial initiatives. 

The Clinic was founded in February 2024 on the basis of the Faculty of Economics at St Petersburg University.

• To support and assist students in their journey of professional self-determination, helping them develop skills and competencies for successful employment 
• To carry out project activities aimed at improving the efficiency of human resource management and addressing practical business challenges; and 
• Conducting scientific research and developing recommendations to improve HR processes and practices in order to boost the competitiveness of companies in the labour market

Within the HR Clinic, there are two laboratories where students learn from leading practitioners in the field the secrets of HR experts in their respective fields. Students receive certificates at the end of the training.
