Internal Medicine

The programme is aimed at: providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills in internal medicine using modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of therapeutic patients; and developing in students universal, general professional and professional competencies necessary for conscious and independent construction and implementation of prospects for their development and career growth. 

Fundamental comprehensive and high-quality training of academic staff in the field of internal diseases involves: in-depth study of knowledge about the structure and functions of internal organs; in-depth study of theoretical and methodological foundations of research on diseases of internal organs; mastering the abilities and skills of their diagnostics, differential diagnostics, tactics of management and drug therapy of human pathology; and mastering the methodology of scientific research and methods of systemic, functional and statistical research of internal organs that enable graduates to work in the chosen field of activity and be successful in the labour market. The aspirantura programme is designed to develop the skills of scientific inquiries and abilities to conduct research projects. Students also master cutting-edge research methods and techniques in their area of specialisation and develop academic skills.
