Our advantages
- An important advantage of the programme is its interdisciplinarity: law (including the fundamentals of Roman law and courses in proceedings); economics; and sociology. This makes it possible to train successfully not only lawyers but also high-level specialists. Theoretical aspects are taught in close connection with the practice of antimonopoly regulation.
- The programme is implemented with the participation of: practitioners from the central office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation and its departments; judges of arbitration courts of appeal and cassation; and representatives of employers.
- The programme has been designed with the direct involvement of: the Federal Antimonopoly Service; the legal community including the international non-governmental organisation ‘The International Association of Lawyers’, and the Association of Lawyers of Russia; and employers. It is aimed at training experts who will have all the necessary skills and competencies for the lawyer's professional activities in: competition law; procurement; bidding; and other competition proceedings.
