Programme description
  • The master’s programme ‘Organizations Development Management’ is designed to train a new type of managers who combine the competences of economists, managers and entrepreneurs. The programme is aimed at: providing students with fundamental knowledge of the lean management of organisations; and developing in students strategic thinking and managerial competencies that ensure increased competitiveness, sustainable development, and successful personal business careers. Graduates of the programme also have competencies and skills in making professional presentations, leading discussions and organising teamwork.
  • The academic programme has been designed taking into account professional standards and the views of employers on the compliance of graduates' competencies and job functions in their professional activities. 
  • The programme is designed to train a new generation of managers, economists-managers and entrepreneurs. It combines a classical university education with cutting-edge methods of training. Graduates of the programme will be capable of  working in the areas of development management of organisations of all types of ownership and levels of management. They have fundamental managerial and economic knowledge, professional skills and creative thinking. They are also able to effectively manage strategic development processes within organisations, ensuring increased competitiveness and corporate responsibility, strategically sustainable development in a dynamically changing environment and digital economy.

  • In-depth training is organised in the field of research on organisational development management within the framework of research seminars. Students take part in the implementation of important research projects in compliance with the research university model
  • Students develop professional managerial and entrepreneurial qualities based on a combination of classical fundamental knowledge and business creation/development projects within the framework of the entrepreneurial university model
  • Students develop leadership qualities required for senior and middle managers based on fundamental university education using the new technologies of active learning: computerised business training in modern management and strategic management, professional business games, and case studies
