SPbU to host The World Youth Festival.
The World Youth Festival is the largest global youth event. It will bring together the most passionate people from all over the world. The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has officially decreed that the Festival would be held from 1 March to 7 March, 2024, on the Sirius Federal Territory in Sochi.
