Gold in the ISF Gymnasiade – 2018
SPbU’s students Petr Perminov has contributed to the victory of our national team in gymnastics in the ISF Gymnasiade – 2018 in Marrakech, Morocco, in May 2-9, 2018.
Petr Perminov graduated the city’s children and youth centre for physical culture and sports and has been practicing gymnastics for ten years. He has won the international and Russian competitions several times.
The ISF Gymnasiade is commonly referred to as the Olympics for youngsters: it gave a start to many world-renowned sportsmen. This year, the Gymnasiade took place in Africa: Morocco had about 4,000 athletes from 60 countries in 18 disciplines.
Petr Perminov, a student in Physical Culture at SPbU, won silver in two categories: solo and mixed pairs. The Russian national team won gold thanks to the excellence of our athletes, including Petr Perminov.
