Open and free access to electronic educational resources of St Petersburg University

An order has been issued to organise it. Students receive a certificate of completion after successful completion of any online course of St Petersburg University. If previously students from other universities had to pay for the certificate, then starting 17 March such certificates are issued free of charge. This applies to students of all universities of the Russian Federation who have successfully completed any online course of St Petersburg University.
