SPbU begins accepting documents from international applicants on a fee-paying (contractual) basis

St Petersburg University has started accepting documents from foreign citizens applying in 2025 for admission to bachelor’s, specialist’s, master’s degree programmes and doctoral programmes for training research and teaching staff on a fee-paying (contractual) basis. Application period for places on a fee-paying (contractual) basis in 2025 will last from April 21 to June 25, 2025. 

Applications and supporting documents are submitted online through the applicant’s Personal Account. Entrance examinations are held in the form of a competitive selection of documents (portfolio) and testing in the Russian as a foreign language. The results of the competitive selection will be published on the official website of the SPbU Admissions Committee no later than July 21, 2025. 

Furthermore, from April 21 to July 25, 2025, the branch of St Petersburg University in Tashkent will also be accepting documents to bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes. Lists of applicants recommended for admission to the branch of St Petersburg University in Tashkent (both to the fee-paying places and Uzbekistan government funded places (if any)) will be published no later than August 15, 2025.
