The series includes three courses (Talent Management in Global Organization, Managing Diverse Talent, Creating Talent Leadership in Different Contexts), which will introduce to the course participants talent management practices in leading companies taking into account gender and cultural diversity, problems and prospects of talent management in the context of ongoing economic changes.
The program is intended as overview of global talent management approaches with focus on the creation and development of firm’s competitive advantage through people from strategic point of view in international business.
