SPbU Rector met Chairperson of the Government of the Russian Federation
In Gorki, SPbU Rector has met the Chairperson of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitrii Medvedev to discuss the opportunities how to further improve the performance of the oldest Russia’s university.
The Government of the Russian Federation has developed a decree to make amendments to the SPbU Charter that will bring new opportunities for the University, says Dmitrii Medvedev. He has a clear picture of what changes have been introduced into the Strategic Plan 2020 but asks Rector how he sees the situation.
SPbU Rector Nikolay Kropachev told about what achievements the University has gained that are directly related to how it implements its rights entitled by the Government of the Russian Federation in the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Moscow University and St Petersburg University”.
They also discussed the challenges the University is facing, how they can be solved and what prospects for development the University has.
