- The master’s programme ‘Human Resource Management’ is aimed at training experts in human resource management, who are capable of developing and implementing systems of operational and strategic human resource management. The programme has been designed taking into account professional standards for HR specialists as well as the professional standard for recruitment specialists (headhunters). The programme provides: in-depth study of the socio-economic fundamentals of human resource management; formation of individual career trajectories: development of individual study plans and selection of a set of disciplines to strengthen specific competencies in managerial, consulting and entrepreneurial activities; and opportunities for exchange education abroad in partner universities of St Petersburg University.
- The academic programme has been designed taking into account professional standards and the views of employers on the compliance of graduates' competencies and job functions in their professional activities.

- Interdisciplinary training based on the synthesis of knowledge in economics, sociology, psychology, and management, including personnel management. Our teaching methods and techniques are focused on the formation of competencies related to organisational diagnostics, HR analytics, identification of problems in the HR development of human resources, and managerial decision-making
- Internships are possible at Russian and international companies; students are also provided with exchange opportunities at partner universities
- The programme provides training under individual educational paths through elective, optional and online courses
- After the training, graduates will acquire: knowledge of modern technologies and HR management practices; skills in completing HR management consulting projects; HR analytics skills; skills in building HR management systems; and skills of economic evaluation of HR projects
