Programme description
  • The master’s programme "Legal Assistance for Business" provides an opportunity to acquire professional competencies for comprehensive legal support in commercial and non-commercial activities. The programme is unique in that it provides for individual educational trajectories. In particular, students can master skills in the field of: resolving economic disputes between entrepreneurs and protecting business rights and interests in public law disputes; ensuring the interaction of commercial organisations and entrepreneurs with the authorities; and legal support for working with the staff of organisations to name just a few. The applied nature of the programme is realised in the main forms of training sessions: interactive and practical classes, during which legal cases are studied and conflicts of law enforcement problems are discussed
  • The programme is aimed at preparing experts who will be competitive in Russian and international labour markets and have all the necessary skills and competences for the professional activity of a lawyer, who provides qualified support for legally significant actions, counselling, representation of interests of persons in legal disputes. The programme development strategy aims to meet the demands of the labour market for lawyers who are competent to provide legal support for businesses and consultancy services in both the private and public law fields
