Programme description
  • The programme focuses on developing the baseline competencies of master’s students for solving scientific and applied tasks of: psychological support of organisational development; and enhancement of human resources potential and professional personnel health. It also focuses on forming the abilities to develop research projects and implement them
  • During training, students master: professional communication skills (interviewing, counselling, negotiation and mediation, group management); skills in diagnosis and management of functional and emotional states (including stress management); and skills in diagnosis and assessment of individuals, groups and organisations, and management counselling
