Our advantages
- The academic programme is unique in that it provides knowledge and skills to analyse and work with conflicts in various spheres of society. Students master technologies for: preventing, managing, resolving conflicts and labour disputes; and maintaining and strengthening social peace and partnership.
- The programme is also unique in that it provides an interdisciplinary approach to education that helps to clarify the subject of conflictology as: a complex, multicomponent social and individual phenomenon; an objective and subjective phenomenon; and a social law that affects all aspects of social and individual life. This thereby presupposes the inclusion of many sciences about society and man in the analysis of conflicts and ways to prevent and resolve them.
- The programme implements the principle of ascent from the abstract to the concrete. Along with a theoretical understanding of the conflict, students master practical skills of intervening in the conflict and managing it.
- The fundamental competence of the academic programme that graduates master is knowledge about: the laws of conflict origin; its dynamics and technologies for its settlement; and the laws of ensuring peaceful coexistence in various social and political environments.
