IX St Petersburg International Labour Forum
Experts from St Petersburg University will participate in the Labour Forum and the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Human Capital: Education, Labour, and Employment in Modern Society".
The event will discuss effective career planning tools, challenges in youth employment, innovative technologies in occupational health and safety, financial literacy, the integration of combat veterans into the labour market, and other issues related to employment and career development.
The IX St Petersburg International Labour Forum is a unique event that brings together all stakeholders in labour relations to discuss pressing issues of work and employment, share best practices in human resource management, and explore new approaches to building an effective workforce system and a common labour market for CIS countries. Traditionally, the forum gathers representatives from professional communities, government, business, education, trade unions, as well as young professionals and students just beginning their career paths.
This year, St Petersburg University is organising four key tracks, as well as the IX St Petersburg International Youth Labour Forum and the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Human Capital: Education, Labour, and Employment in Modern Society".
SPbU experts will present the results of sociological research, introduce a new educational programme focused on human capital management, and discuss financial literacy among the working-age population, migrant employment, and more.
Organisers of the Forum:
- Committee for Labour and Employment of St Petersburg
- St Petersburg University
- Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States
- ExpoForum International
- Agency for Human Capital Development in the Northwestern Federal District
The event is supported by Rostrud and the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation.
