Souvenir design contest for St Petersburg University’s 300th anniversary
St Petersburg University together with the Bookvoed bookstore chain invites students to participate in the contest for the best design of souvenirs for the 300th anniversary of St Petersburg University.
Registration is open to individual designers and design teams of up to three members. Each participant can submit up to three projects, including those submitted within the team.
The contest is based on the following nominations: "Best Design", and "Best Content". The range of topics is quite wide. They are: "Student Life at St Petersburg University", "Humour at St Petersburg University", "Metaphoric Associative Cards", "Board Games at St Petersburg University", and "Toys for Souvenirs". Designers are welcome to present their developments for textile and printed products, as well as for exclusive souvenirs.
Requirements for the images of the contest designs are the following: resolution — 300 dpi with 5905×4724 pixels; TIF, PDF or JPEG; and maximum size — 15 Mb. The presentation should be accompanied by the designer’s details and short profile.
Video clips of the contest designs should be between one to five minutes long (maximum size 400 Mb), with subtitles indicating the time and place of filming and the author’s details.
The clips can be submitted in the following genres: game genre, staged genre, documentary, news-writing genre, animation and documentary drama. The titles of files containing contest designs should be in the following format: Surname Initials_St Petersburg University and Bookvoed Souvenir Design Contest.
