St Petersburg University Clinical Residency Programmes in 2022
The acceptance of documents from international citizens for participation in the competition for admission to clinical residency programmes will begin on July 1 and end on August 11 at 18:00 Moscow time.
In 2022, St Petersburg University is holding a competition for admission to clinical residency programmes in 26 specialties on a fee-paying (contractual) basis. Take notice that an applicant has the right to enter the competition for no more than two specialties.

Main admission dates for clinical residency programmes in 2022:
- June 1 - Announcement of the number of places for admission to study on places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services, announcement of the cost of education when paid by individuals and / or legal entities and placement of the schedule of entrance examinations
- July 1 – Start of the application period for clinical residency programmes
- August 11 – Deadline for applications for clinical residency programmes (until 18:00 Moscow time)
- August 16 - Publication of the lists of applicants who have successfully passed the entrance examination
- August 19 - Deadline for submitting consents to enrolment and signing contracts - for enrolment on places under agreements on the provision of paid educational services (until 18:00 Moscow time)
Admission to study in the main educational programmes of clinical residency is carried out according to the results of an entrance examination in the form of a test using tasks from the Unified Base of Evaluation Tools, formed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Applicants may be awarded additional points for individual achievements: in particular, for scientific publications, diplomas of the winner or prizewinner of student competitions, work experience in positions of medical and pharmaceutical workers. Additional points may also be provided to winners and prizewinners of the SPbU Start-up competition for interdisciplinary student and postgraduate projects.
