In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), St Petersburg University Psychological Clinic moved online on 26 March 2020. Consultations are now held online via Skype or WhatsApp depending on each client’s personal preferences.

You can get psychological support from the experts of the Psychological Clinic of the University for free.
The Psychological Clinic was set up at St Petersburg University to offer help and support to those who need to solve different problems and overcome difficult life situations. Leading experts of the Clinic will help their clients sort out problems, make personal or family relations more effective, improve the quality of life, and cope with a whole variety of problems.
At the Psychological Clinic of the University we provide:
- individual counselling
- professional counselling (for those who experience difficulties with their professional identity)
- counselling for parents of younger children
- psychological support groups
Service is provided by teachers of the Faculty of Psychology at St Petersburg University. They are experienced specialists with all the necessary qualifications in the field of psychological counselling. They are assisted by professionally trained students in the Faculty. The duration of sessions is 50 minutes. You can get five free consultations a year.
Students’ presence at the sessions is a necessary condition of free consultations.

We have recently launched a Skype hot line. Its aim is to provide free and anonymous psychological help in difficult life situations. Hot line working hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (Moscow time). You can contact any of our psychologists from around the World. The calls are voice only, no video calls are available.
