St Petersburg University to train experts in advanced HR technology
The new master’s programme in Strategic Human Resource Management with additional qualifications is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists in HR expertise, equipped with experience in addressing real-world management challenges within the Russian context.
Graduates will be qualified to work as HR consultants, human resources specialists, recruitment specialists, or labour economists.
The programme is intended both for practitioners seeking professional and career advancement and for graduates of bachelor’s programmes with internship or practical training experience in the field of human resource management.
St Petersburg University also offers a related bilingual programme, Human Resource Management, delivered in Russian and English.
Students will comprehensively study methods for analysing and managing organisational culture, strategic planning tools, and approaches to assessing employee performance, using real-world business cases. They will also gain proficiency in advanced HR technology and tools.
The curriculum includes industrial placements in regions where St Petersburg University has partner companies, as well as opportunities to study abroad on a competitive basis. Classes will be held on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Upon graduation, the students will be awarded additional qualifications to the degree diploma in accordance with the chosen profile: ‘HR consultant’, ‘Human resources specialist’, ‘Recruitment specialist (head hunter)’, and ‘Labour economist’.
