New Online Programme at St Petersburg University Devoted to Basic Web Analytics Systems
The Web Analytics programme is in the format of applied video lessons, where students learn how to: be fully functional with the main systems of web analytics; collect data; and understand the key metrics.

The course will also introduce students to: the trends in technological entrepreneurship and information research; and the latest tools of advertising, production, website construction, and information exchange.
A special training site will help students put what they have learned into practice. While analysing real cases, they will learn to make reports, prepare business justifications for promotional activities, and measure key metrics of a product and its target audience. They will then be able to think through strategies of promoting a product, learn how to make decisions on the basis of accurate data and competently present the results to management and colleagues.
Students will acquire skills in Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrics and other systems, learn how to choose brand-communication and segment an audience, conduct interface A/B tests, connect dynamic retargeting, lead data-driven category management activities and do much more.
