‘Artists—Conquerors of the Infinite’ at the Exhibition ‘Space is Vast!’

St Petersburg University will host an art mediation session titled ’Artists—Conquerors of the Infinite’ as part of the exhibition ’Space is Vast!’, featuring contemporary artists whose works are displayed in the exhibition.
At the event, we will discuss the artists’ inner cosmos, compare different authors’ approaches to visualizing cosmic themes, and share memories of our first childhood encounters with space. Mediation participants will have the opportunity to trace the coexistence of diverse perspectives and ideas about the cosmos in art through the exhibited works.
