The future of digital media and the labour market
SPbU Representative Office in Spain invites you to the online lecture "The future of Digital Media and the Labour Market", dedicated to new professions emerging in the context of evolving digital technologies. The lecture will be delivered by Kamilla Nigmatullina, Head of the Digital Media Communications Department at SPbU.
What digital skills are in demand in today’s labour market, and what skills might we need in the near future? What should you learn today to be a competent employee tomorrow, and why are digital skills important for every professional?
The development of artificial intelligence has accelerated the transformation of the media labour market. Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of the media industry, from content creation to distribution and analysis. Process automation, intelligent data analytics and content personalisation are transforming both supply and demand in the media industry. As professionals in the labour market adapt to new technologies and market demands, they are also reshaping our understanding of the nature of work within the media industry.
What happens to those who write text, create graphics or edit video? How do you become a sought-after architect and scriptwriter of meta-universes, a trainer in artificial intelligence, or an author of large-scale language models? At our next meeting, Kamilla Nigmatullina will share her predictions and visionary ideas.
